Onera Health: Sleep disorder diagnostics in a patch
Onera Health is showcasing its patch technology with a full diagnostic system for sleep disorders, as well as its new lab-on-chip technology.
The at-home medical-grade sleep diagnostic patch system replaces cumbersome sensors for monitoring at home or in a medical setting suggested by a doctor, according to the company.
Onera launched its Biomedical Lab-on-Chip technology at CES for an ultra-low-power biosignal sensor hub for wearable health. The multi-channel sensor acquires and processes multiple biosignals for multiple medical wearables and devices. It includes team readouts for ExG, covering EEG, ECG, EMG, and EOG, 2 bioimpedance readouts and 2 readouts for photoplethysmography.
Data from the chip is processed by digital filters and accelerators on the chip that are supported by a powerful ARM Cortex M4f. The chip also has several standard wired interfaces like UART, SPI, I2C and I2S.
