Tegra Medical announced that it appointed Darren Vine as its director of sales and marketing in Europe.
Franklin, Mass.-based Tegra said in a news release that Vine will report to CEO and head of SFS division medical Walter Kobler, with responsibilities including the building of the company’s presence through expansion into new markets around the globe.
Vine recently held two roles in medical device contract manufacturing, having served as business development and marketing director at XL Precision Technologies, as well as director of sales and business development EU/Asia at Accellent. Other previous roles were held at SpeedFam-IPEC and Sandvik Steel UK.
“Darren brings a wealth of experience to our management team,” Kobler said in the release. “We’re looking forward to tapping his track record of building relationships in the medtech industry as we work together to support Tegra Medical’s global growth initiatives.”
