3M today announced that its Health Care Business Group President Mojdeh Poul will retire from the company on July 1, 2022.

Poul first joined the Maple Grove, Minnesota-based company in 2011 as the global business VP of critical and chronic care solutions. She later became VP and general manager of the company’s food safety business and president of numerous 3M divisions, including infection prevention, 3M Canada, safety and graphics and healthcare.

As a result of her retirement, 3M named Jeff Lavers as her interim replacement, according to an SEC filing. Lavers is the company’s group president of consumer business and will lead the health care group on an interim basis while the company conducts a comprehensive search for a new group president.

Prior to his consumer business group role, Lavers led 3M’s automotive and aerospace solutions divisions in the transportation and electronics business group. He also led the oral care business within the health care business group. Lavers has been with the company since 1987 and has held numerous roles with increasing responsibilities.
