About Apple Rubber’s Products

All of the medical-grade elastomers at Apple Rubber are tested to FDA USP Class VI or ISO 10993 protocols. The elastomers used feature improved chemical resistance, excellent heat resistance, low permeability to gas, and are compatible with different sterilization techniques. Offerings include:

  • Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) (-85°F to +400°F)
  • Fluoroelastomer (FKM) (-13°F to +446°F)
  • Ethylene Propylene (EPDM) (-60°F to +275°F)
