Becton, Dickinson and Co. (NYSE: BDX) has hired Rishi Grover as EVP and chief integrated supply chain officer.Grover joined the executive leadership team at Franklin Lakes, New Jersey-based BD on July 7. He will have global responsibility for leadership of the company’s supply chain, operations, procurement, sustainability, and environmental, health and safety (EHS) teams.
He replaces Alexandre Conroy, who will retire after a 31-year career with BD at the end of this year.
