Koru Medical Systems (NSDQ:KRMD) today announced that it has appointed Linda Tharby as president and CEO, effective April 12.

Tharby will succeed interim CEO Jim Beck, who will continue to serve on the company’s board of directors.

The board is confident that under Linda’s direction, Koru Medical is well-positioned for our next phase of growth as we continue to focus on improving the quality of life of home infusion patients around the world.”

Prior to joining the company, Tharby most recently served as chief customer experience officer at BD. She also held numerous leadership roles at BD, including executive VP and president of life sciences, group president of preanalytical systems at BD Biosciences, worldwide president of diabetes care, VP/GM of pharmaceutical systems and chief human resources officer.
