DymaxDymax is using MD&M West in Anaheim, Calif. next week to tout its newest formulations for assembling medical device wearables.

The Dymax materials are free from IBOA and TPO, are compatible with common and difficult substrates, and have passed ISO 10993-10 for sensitization and irritation, according to the Torrington, Conn.–based company.

For manufacturers involved with in-vitro diagnostics, Dymax has 1172-M-UR, which joins low-surface-energy substrates like COC/COP and has Ultra-Red fluorescing technology. Additional adhesives slated for display include Dymax’s 1040-M autoclave resistant material for potting and encapsulation and the 215-CTH series of catheter bonders engineered for reliability with excellent adhesion and aging performance.

Dymax will be at booth No. 1701 on Aug. 10–12, 2021.
