Boston ScientificBoston Scientific has officially opened its third Middle Eastern office location, located in TECOM Group’s Dubai Science Park (DSP) in the United Arab Emirates.

Eric Thepaut, Executive Vice President and President EMEA at Boston Scientific, said in a Dubai government news release posted yesterday that the company’s investments in the Middle East and North Africa region are significant and far-reaching.

“Strengthening our presence in the region will enable our teams to operate more efficiently and raise awareness of our innovative solutions for a wide range of therapy areas,” Thepaut said.

Tarek El Rahbani, Boston Scientific’s senior regional director, Middle East and Africa, said growth emerging markets are a strategic priority. “This is the part of the world with huge growth potential, there are millions of patients in need of our innovative therapies.
